About the role

Role: Frontend Engineer

Build and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications for an AI-native ERP platform, delivering seamless and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities

Own major parts of the product UI and ship updates daily using React and Next.js
Design and optimize interactive experiences for complex workflows; ensure they are scalable, responsive, and accessible
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure smooth integration and intuitive user interactions
Contribute to frontend architecture, including the frontend system and component library; establish best practices as the product scales
Drive product-quality improvements through thoughtful details and user empathy
Participate in performance optimization, accessibility enhancements, and cross-browser responsiveness

Requirements

8+ years of professional experience with React
Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals (e.g., scoping, closures, prototypes, classes)
Strong eye for responsive UI, accessibility, and usability across browsers/devices
Experience building and testing APIs; comfort with HTTP, Postman, and debugging tools
Clear product thinking, attention to detail, pragmatic problem-solving, and strong independence/autonomy

Nice to have

Next.js experience is considered a significant plus
