Role Overview
Join AgileGrid Solutions as a Frontend Engineer responsible for building and maintaining core applications used daily by both employers and job seekers.
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend development across multiple platform applications using React
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable user interfaces
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to build intuitive, responsive, high-performance UI
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure product requirements are met for both sides of the hiring marketplace
- Own and continuously improve frontend architecture, addressing experience gaps and performance/usability issues
- Work on cross-functional initiatives spanning candidate application workflows and employer analytics dashboards
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, problem-solving, and operational excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with strong modern frontend expertise
- Deep understanding of web best practices, including:
- Responsive design
- Accessibility
- Performance optimization
- Resourcefulness and ability to adapt quickly to new tools/frameworks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple priorities
- Strong cross-team collaboration and execution-oriented mindset
- Valued: proficiency using AI tools to increase development speed and quality
