Frontend Engineer

Role Overview

Join AgileGrid Solutions as a Frontend Engineer responsible for building and maintaining core applications used daily by both employers and job seekers.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development across multiple platform applications using React
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, maintainable user interfaces
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to build intuitive, responsive, high-performance UI
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure product requirements are met for both sides of the hiring marketplace
• Own and continuously improve frontend architecture, addressing experience gaps and performance/usability issues
• Work on cross-functional initiatives spanning candidate application workflows and employer analytics dashboards
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, problem-solving, and operational excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong modern frontend expertise
• Deep understanding of web best practices, including:
  • Responsive design
  • Accessibility
  • Performance optimization
• Resourcefulness and ability to adapt quickly to new tools/frameworks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple priorities
• Strong cross-team collaboration and execution-oriented mindset
• Valued: proficiency using AI tools to increase development speed and quality
