Frontend DevOps Engineer - Full or Part-time (m/f/x)

Role overview

You’ll join Marbis’ frontend team as a Frontend Engineer with a DevOps focus. The position is available part-time (20–30 hours/week) or full-time at a junior level. You’ll help shape development of Nitrado by combining modern web development with automated, scalable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize modern web applications with a focus on performance and scalability
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to implement new features
• Integrate and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to automate development and deployment
• Contribute to DevOps infrastructure development (e.g., container orchestration, monitoring, deployment)
• Evaluate and introduce new tools/technologies to continuously enhance the system landscape

Requirements

• Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Experience building large-scale JavaScript applications with Vue, React, or Angular
• Proficiency with responsive design and mobile-first concepts
• Familiarity with package managers and build tools
• Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows
• Experience with container technologies and orchestration, including Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Helm
• Interest in exploring technologies beyond the primary stack (e.g., backend/infrastructure)
• Strong initiative, reliability, responsibility, and excellent teamwork/communication

• Experience with additional languages such as PHP
