Role Overview

Frontend Engineer to develop and deliver a high-performance frontend application for a long-term remote contract project.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the UI architect, product owner, and Scrum Master to build the frontend application.
Deliver complete frontend functionality and ensure strong desktop performance.
Write tested and documented code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Work with backend developers to build and integrate RESTful APIs.
Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs; devise and implement solutions.
Coordinate with external web/window services as needed.
Participate in an Agile team and attend Agile ceremonies.

Proficiency in TypeScript and HTML5.
Experience with MVC architecture.
Experience with NPM.
Experience using Webpack for bundling.
Proficiency with Material Design for Angular.
Strong debugging skills.
Experience using Redux for state management.
Clear, professional communication.
Ability to create self-contained, reusable, testable components and modules.
Experience creating reusable Angular modules/components (extending Angular 7 elements/modules).
