Frontend Developer - Remote

Role Overview

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will develop and maintain responsive web interfaces and implement interactive data visualizations. You will collaborate with backend developers to integrate REST APIs and participate in UI/UX discussions and agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
• Implement interactive data visualizations using charting libraries (e.g., Google Charts, D3.js, Chart.js).
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate REST APIs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, UI/UX discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Vue.js (or alternatives such as Angular/React).
• Familiarity with charting/graphing libraries (e.g., Google Charts, D3.js, Chart.js) and a UI query builder.

Nice-to-Haves

• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration.
• Knowledge of Node.js for frontend/backend interaction.

Additional Info

• Contract duration: 6 months
• Work location: WFH only (with possible occasional office visits)
• Location constraint: Need locals to Richardson, TX 75082
