Frontend Developer (Remote)

Role Overview

Build fast, accessible, and beautiful web interfaces as a Frontend Developer (Remote). You’ll work with designers and backend engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, performant user experiences using modern frontend tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive and accessible UIs using React and Next.js (or Vue if applicable).
• Write type-safe TypeScript that scales as the codebase grows.
• Implement design systems, animations, and interactive components.
• Optimize for Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG 2.2), and mobile-first experiences.
• Integrate with REST, GraphQL, or WebSocket APIs.
• Collaborate with designers to support design-engineering alignment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deep React experience (e.g., hooks, context, server components, modern state libraries).
• Understanding of component architecture, design systems, and responsive CSS.
• Experience with Git, code review, and automated testing.
• Portfolio and/or production examples (e.g., GitHub).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tailwind, Radix, or shadcn/ui.
• Animation libraries like Framer Motion or GSAP, or 3D with Three.js / React Three Fiber.
• Secondary language experience such as Rust (WASM) or Go.
• Experience with e-commerce (Shopify, Magento) or AI product experience.
• Knowledge of SSR/ISR, edge rendering, and build optimization.
