Frontend Developer (Remote)

Role Overview

Build fast, accessible, and beautiful web interfaces as a Frontend Developer (Remote). You’ll use React, Next.js, and TypeScript to deliver pixel-perfect, performant experiences while collaborating closely with designers and backend engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using React/Next.js (or Vue)
• Write type-safe TypeScript that scales across a growing codebase
• Implement design systems, animations, and interactive components
• Optimize for Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG 2.2), and mobile-first experiences
• Integrate with REST, GraphQL, or WebSocket APIs
• Collaborate with designers to improve design-engineering alignment

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Deep React experience (e.g., hooks, context, server components, modern state libraries)
• Understanding of component architecture, design systems, and responsive CSS
• Experience with Git, code review, and automated testing
• Portfolio/GitHub/production examples

Preferred Qualifications

• Tailwind, Radix, or shadcn/ui
• Animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP) or 3D (Three.js, React Three Fiber)
• Secondary languages such as Rust (WASM) or Go
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) or AI product experience
• Understanding of SSR/ISR, edge rendering, or build optimization
