Frontend Developer -React

Role Overview

AgileGrid Solutions (thaia®︎) is hiring a Frontend Developer (React) to build and maintain sophisticated frontend experiences for enterprise clients (e.g., Google, Nike, ESPN). You’ll work with project managers, designers, and technical leadership to deliver high-quality web solutions on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality frontend experiences using Next.js and React, ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
• Design and implement content structures in headless CMS platforms, primarily Craft CMS, and integrate them into frontend apps via GraphQL APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project managers, designers, backend developers) to deliver projects according to client specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust, secure, and scalable web applications.
• Contribute to light backend work on a PHP-based stack (e.g., API integrations and server-side logic).
• Troubleshoot technical issues during development and post-launch.
• Maintain clear documentation for codebases and technical processes.
• Stay current with frontend trends, tools, and best practices; apply improvements to ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with React and Next.js; able to build scalable and performant web applications.
• Proficiency with CSS, including vanilla CSS, Sass, and Tailwind.
• Hands-on experience with a headless CMS; Craft CMS preferred (Sanity, Statamic, or headless WordPress also acceptable).
• Comfort working with GraphQL for content and API consumption.
• Basic knowledge of PHP and Laravel for occasional backend contributions.
• Agency experience or experience managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating frontend skills and design sensibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive problem solver with a continuous learning mindset.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with additional headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Statamic, headless WordPress).
