Frontend Developer

Role Overview

Join Cardinal Integrated as a Frontend/UI Developer to build visually appealing, user-friendly websites and applications for mobile and desktop. You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, QA, and product owners to deliver intuitive interfaces and help shape front-end architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features that improve overall UX.
• Define and implement front-end technologies and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional code.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable code optimized for performance and scalability.
• Optimize applications for speed and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Build and maintain reusable code libraries for future projects.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience building websites and web applications.
• Proficiency in functional and object-oriented programming styles.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with one or more MV* frameworks: Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of front-end build workflows and how they integrate into application development.
• Ability to work in an Agile team environment.
• Excellent communication skills; able to manage expectations under tight deadlines.
• Hands-on with ES6/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of front-end best practices: code reusability and scalability.
• Basic knowledge of database concepts and browser debugging.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Node.js, Continuous Integration, Unit Testing, Canvas, PHP, .NET, or MySQL.
