Frontend Developer

Role Overview

Senior Frontend Developer to design and build intuitive, scalable, high-performance user interfaces. You will work closely with backend, DevOps, and product teams to integrate frontend components with backend services and cloud-native infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js and JavaScript
• Integrate with backend systems by collaborating on API consumption and data flow
• Implement and optimize GraphQL queries and mutations for performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices
• Work with UI/UX to convert wireframes/prototypes into functional interfaces
• Contribute to automation tooling for deployment and infrastructure management
• Assist with deployment and scaling in cloud-native environments such as Kubernetes
• Troubleshoot frontend issues to improve performance and user experience
• Support CI/CD pipelines for efficient development workflows
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and apply them to improve outcomes

Requirements

• 6+ years professional experience in JavaScript, with strong focus on React.js
• 6+ years hands-on React development building complex, scalable UI
• 5+ years API development experience designing/consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with GraphQL concepts (e.g., Fragments, code generation tooling, Relay Cursor Connection Specification)
• Understanding of distributed systems architecture and challenges
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud technologies for deploying/managing scalable apps
• Proficiency with Terraform (or similar) for infrastructure automation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Python scripting experience for automation and backend integrations
