Frontend Developer

Role Overview

You’ll join the Digital Marketing team as a Creative Technologist / Frontend Developer in Warsaw. The role bridges creative design and technical execution to build engaging, personalized digital experiences using modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end development of interactive digital experiences with seamless, engaging UI.
• Guide digital platform technical strategy with innovative, user-centric solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital UX, engineering, UX designers, and content creators to align web execution with creative vision.
• Optimize CMS workflows, including authoring and content delivery processes.
• Own email template development and refinement, expanding the digital design system for consistency across channels.
• Spearhead UI overhauls, ensuring design consistency and high-quality implementation across digital properties.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Strong background in front-end development and digital design/innovative technology.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Experience with email template optimization.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Haves

• Degree in Computer Science, Digital Design, or related field.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
