About the role

Role Overview

You’ll be an early-stage Frontend Developer / Front-End Engineer helping shape the next chapter of Clara Guide, a product supporting healthcare frontline operations.

Responsibilities

Build modular, scalable web interfaces
Collaborate with product and backend teams to deliver a clean, robust front-end architecture
Own the user experience: design, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly
Ensure interface consistency and performance aligned with clinical workflows

Requirements

Strong opinions on how to structure front-end systems, especially in secure, mission-critical environments
Excellent written and verbal communication; clearly explain technical decisions
Independent, high-output mindset with the ability to move quickly and execute efficiently
Prior experience in web ecosystems (native app familiarity is a plus)

Nice to Have

Clinical or healthcare experience

Work Setup / Location

Full remote-friendly setup with flexibility for team calls
Preference for candidates near Seattle for occasional collaboration
