Frontend Developer

Role Overview

You’ll join a remote interactive team to build engaging digital experiences for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The role is contract-based (W2, non C2C) working 40 hours/week, M–F 9–5 Eastern until May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive web experiences (marketing websites, interactive forms, banners, sales aids)
• Develop responsive, component-based UIs using React and modern CSS frameworks
• Integrate with APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement designs with high attention to detail
• Participate in iterative review cycles and incorporate feedback efficiently
• Maintain and extend existing codebases, including inherited projects
• Write clean, reusable, component-based code

Requirements (Must Have)

• TypeScript (advanced)
• React or Vue (or similar component-based frameworks)
• Modern CSS frameworks
• Responsive design across devices
• 2+ years experience in an advertising/marketing agency (or equivalent marketing team work)
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to Have

• Next.js and/or static site generation
• Component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Chakra)
• Headless CMS / content-driven architecture
• Complex forms (multi-step wizards, conditional logic, schema-driven)
• Animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion)
• Email development (HTML/CSS, MJML, Liquid templating)
• Viva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) experience
• Pharma/healthcare industry background
