About the role
Role Overview
Remote Frontend Developer (6–12+ month contract). You’ll collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support cloud-based solutions that power digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work across Agile teams on end-to-end delivery of technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack features and integrations.
- Partner with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based experiences.
- Stay current with technology trends and continuously experiment with new tools.
- Participate in internal/external technology communities and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience not accepted).
- Experience using a combination of:
- JavaScript, React.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS
- Jest (testing)
- Backend/cloud and data technologies such as Java, SQL, Python, Go
- Open source RDBMS/NoSQL databases
- Docker and Kubernetes
- AWS tools and services
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in one or more of: JavaScript, React.js, Jest, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go.
- 3+ years with AWS/GCP/Azure or another cloud provider.
- 4+ years with open source frameworks.
- 3+ years with Agile practices.
