About the role

Role Overview

Join HiredBuddy as a Junior Frontend Developer on a fully remote team. You’ll help train AI models to understand and generate high-quality frontend code by reviewing outputs, annotating examples, and crafting prompts.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for syntax, logic, and performance.
Annotate code samples with labels such as error types, quality ratings, and best-practice adherence.
Write reference answers for frontend-related prompts.
Create and refine prompts to test AI understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.
Identify edge cases and ambiguous scenarios and document them for model training.
Provide feedback to improve AI output accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with other annotators and team leads to maintain consistency and quality.

Requirements

0–2 years of frontend development experience.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with at least one modern framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle errors.
Excellent written communication in English.
Ability to follow guidelines and maintain annotation consistency.
Basic understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
