Role overview

Build responsive, accessible front-end experiences for mission-critical enterprise applications supporting federal and DoD environments.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive, accessible pages, templates, and UI components using modern web technologies.
Implement interactive elements and client-side logic to support user workflows.
Translate UX designs into production-ready code while ensuring Section 508 / WCAG accessibility compliance.
Support and maintain a component library, keeping consistent design patterns.
Collaborate with backend engineers for API integration and dynamic content.
Optimize front-end performance, troubleshoot UI issues, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

5+ years of front-end development experience building enterprise user interfaces.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Demonstrated experience with UI accessibility and compliance with WCAG / Section 508.
Ability to translate UX designs into functioning UI implementations.
Active Secret clearance with support for a Tier 3 background investigation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.

Nice to have / Additional context

Experience contributing to component libraries and design systems.
Experience working cross-functionally with UX, backend engineers, and product owners.
