About the role

Frontend Developer

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance web-based applications for intelligence systems.

Responsibilities

Build intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end technologies
Gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into software design and usability solutions
Integrate web applications with REST-based APIs and backend services
Collaborate with software engineers, UX/UI designers, and mission stakeholders
Troubleshoot defects and performance issues, implementing effective fixes
Ensure software meets Section 508 accessibility standards

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
8+ years of web application development experience (or 12 years in lieu of a degree) and a technical bachelor’s degree
Experience with modern front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Nice to Have / Additional Notes

Telework up to 16 hours/week based on sprint priorities
