Frontend Developer - Fully Remote | Upto $85/hr

Role Overview

Contract Frontend Engineer focused on Coding Agent Experience, working fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Use frontier AI coding agents to complete and evaluate complex engineering tasks.
• Review model-generated frontend code for:
  • correctness
  • code quality and maintainability
  • accessibility
  • performance
• Identify bugs, edge cases, and failure modes in AI outputs.
• Compare outputs from multiple frontier models and evaluate strengths/weaknesses.
• Apply professional engineering judgment to realistic frontend engineering scenarios.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Experience building modern web apps with React and TypeScript/JavaScript (or similar).
• Regular use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, or similar.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated implementations, UI architecture, and performance optimizations.

Preferred

• Experience with large-scale consumer or enterprise applications.

Compensation

• $85/hour (contract)
• $400 per accepted task, with compensation tied to accepted work.
