About the role

Role Overview

You will join DataAnnotation as a Frontend Developer supporting AI model training. The work involves evaluating AI chatbots’ coding challenges and outputs, then improving model quality by checking for correctness and performance.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess the quality of AI-generated responses for correctness and performance
Solve programming/coding problems and explain how your solution works
Identify and help address issues to improve overall model quality

Requirements

Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank)
Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to Have

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed preferred)
