Frontend Developer

Role Overview

Senior UI Software Engineer (Frontend) for the Quick Service POS team. You will lead the cross-platform UI strategy and help scale a shared design system/component library used across mobile, web, POS, and a guest app.

Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to a shared UI component library used across mobile, web, POS, and the guest app.
• Drive cross-platform UI strategy for Point of Sale (Quick Service).
• Build UI features and components using React Native and React Native Web.
• Define scalable component patterns, design primitives, and standards across teams.
• Reduce UX drift and maintenance overhead by establishing shared UI patterns.
• Ship product end-to-end, collaborating closely with engineers across the organization.

Requirements

• 5–9 years experience as a frontend/UI platform engineer.
• Experience building or maintaining shared UI component libraries at scale.
• Ability to ship features end-to-end across frontend and backend.
• Experience at a product-led company close to end users.
• Strong React and TypeScript proficiency.
• Basic full-stack capability (comfortable wiring up APIs and working with databases).
• React Native or React Native Web experience.
• Must be located and authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

• Strong UI/design systems background with the ability to raise the bar on shared UI libraries.
