About the role

Role overview

Frontend Developer for the maintenance and development of a multi-tenant application within the CiviCam ecosystem. The app supports municipal council members through all stages of a public assembly, including discussion flow and a built-in video conferencing system.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain frontend features using vanilla JavaScript/HTML/CSS or React.
  • Develop new domain commands/events according to customer requirements.
  • Customize application behavior per client using specific configurations.
  • Integrate functionality from other ecosystem applications (e.g., consume operations from a REST API).
  • Diagnose and reproduce issues and resolve them using unit/integration testing.
  • Collaborate with a reference project manager and other CiviCam programmers.

Requirements

  • Experience developing frontend applications with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (vanilla) and/or React.
  • Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
  • Active listening and focus on improving both user needs and business needs.
  • Ability to manage work autonomously.
  • Partial remote working is possible.

Contract & compensation

  • Contract type: tempo indeterminato (indefinite/permanent)
  • Salary (RAL): €30k–€40k depending on skills
  • Annual training/hardware budget: €1,000
