Frontend Developer - AI Trainer

Role overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team as a Frontend Developer - AI Trainer. You’ll help train AI systems by solving programming tasks and reviewing AI-generated code, with the flexibility to work remotely and choose projects based on your availability.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and provide detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
• Ability to work via the platform: after signing up, complete a short assessment; if successful, paid work becomes available

Preferred qualifications

• Kotlin experience
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
• Prior experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer

Compensation & logistics

• Fully remote (work from anywhere in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand)
• Flexible schedule: choose which projects to take and when you work
• Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour (higher-paying projects may be available based on performance)
• Payment processed via PayPal
