Frontend Developer - AI Trainer

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team as a Frontend Developer – AI Trainer. You’ll help advance AI development by designing, solving, and evaluating programming tasks that are used to train AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Preferred: previous experience as a Software Developer / Software Engineer / Coder / Programmer.

Preferred / Helpful Skills

• Kotlin experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.

Compensation & Work Style

• Fully remote with a flexible schedule; choose projects and your working time.
• Paid hourly, up to $60 USD/hour, with higher-paying projects possible for strong performance.
• Payments processed via PayPal.
