Role overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team as a Frontend Developer – AI Trainer. You’ll help advance AI development by designing, solving, and evaluating programming tasks used to train state-of-the-art AI models, with strong emphasis on Android development.

Responsibilities

Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems (with an emphasis on Android development)
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and provide detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that shapes the next generation of AI models

Requirements

Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule and choose projects

Preferred / Nice to have

Kotlin experience
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
Previous experience as a Software Developer / Software Engineer / Programmer

Compensation & logistics

Fully remote (US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand)
Hourly pay for projects, up to $60 USD/hour, with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance
Payment via PayPal; no money is requested from candidates
