Frontend Developer

Role overview

Join as a Front-End Lead Developer to help build advanced CRM and CMS tools for the B2B2C market. You’ll lead front-end development efforts, shape the application architecture, and collaborate with product architects, product managers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and architect scalable, maintainable front-end structure for CRM/CMS applications
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration and data flow
• Design, develop, and optimize front-end components for performance and user experience
• Apply code quality best practices, including unit testing and code reviews
• Mentor and guide front-end developers; promote continuous learning and technical excellence
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and cross-functional problem-solving
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in React projects
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js, with strong JavaScript fundamentals
• Advanced HTML and CSS skills
• Extensive React development experience

Nice to have

• Next.js, react-hook-form, RTK Query, Redux
• Cypress (testing)
• Angular, Docker, and working familiarity with Postgres
• Backend API framework experience with Express, NestJS, or LoopBack
• Leadership and communication skills, including mentoring junior developers
