Frontend Developer

Role Overview

TechDigital Group is seeking a Front-End Lead Developer to lead development of web applications using ReactJS and related technologies. You will own delivery quality, translate design mockups into responsive UI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business and technical goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor front-end developers and foster a collaborative, innovative team environment
• Own application delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn wireframes/mockups into responsive, high-quality interfaces
• Implement and troubleshoot complex UI issues to maintain seamless user experience
• Ensure code quality via unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices
• Optimize performance across browsers and devices using performance tuning tools
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Support integration of AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance application functionality

Requirements

• Strong technical skills and proven leadership experience
• Deep understanding of ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with Python
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha
• Knowledge of performance tools such as Webpack and Babel
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude AI)
