About the role

Role Overview

Join MultiTracks.com as a Frontend Developer to design and implement front-end solutions for the website, internal processes, and partner tools. You’ll build seamless, high-performance user interfaces and collaborate with design, back-end, and content teams to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Ship new front-end features across the website, back-office systems, and internal tools
Ensure strong performance, responsiveness, and quality of applications
Review incoming requests and provide constructive feedback
Test software releases and troubleshoot issues with developers and the Quality Assurance team
Write impactful code that benefits partners and end-users
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Stay current with emerging front-end development trends
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships across the team

Requirements

Experience with HTML, CSS, Sass, and .NET / .NET Core frameworks
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects with effective prioritization
Team player mindset; self-motivated and able to work independently

Nice to Have

Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript (and VanillaJS)
Experience with SaaS or enterprise software environments
Knowledge of MultiTracks.com products
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Passion for learning and growth
