Role: Frontend Developer

Join Africa Trade Intelligence’s international team in the United States as a Frontend Developer. The role supports remote or hybrid working and focuses on building modern, high-performance web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams
• Build and maintain reusable frontend components
• Ensure high code quality and participate in code reviews
• Optimize for speed, performance, and scalability
• Maintain cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Git
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (preferred)
