Role Overview

Frontend Engineer (Hourly Contract)

• Location: Remote (United States)
• Commitment: 10–40 hrs/week
• Compensation: $20–$70/hour

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance for speed and scalability
• Apply frontend engineering best practices, including code reviews and continuous integration (CI)
• Turn complex requirements into clean, efficient, reusable code components
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user satisfaction
