Frontend Developer | $70/hr Remote

Role Overview

Frontend Developer (Vue.js) on a contract basis, remote (10–40 hrs/week). Build scalable, high-performance frontend experiences using Vue.js and React.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend solutions with Vue.js and React
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn wireframes and visual designs into responsive interfaces
• Create reusable components and front-end libraries
• Optimize for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
• Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and mentor teammates
• Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver cohesive product experiences

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in JavaScript and strong knowledge of ES6+
• Proven professional experience with Vue.js, including complex applications
• Hands-on production experience with React
• Strong CSS/SCSS skills and responsive design expertise
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and version control (e.g., Webpack, Git)
