Frontend Architect

Design and architect scalable, high-performance front-end solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences, including AI-driven UI experiences.

Role Overview

Lead core UI & front-end architecture for enterprise-scale applications
Help build intelligent, AI-powered interfaces that are latency-aware and user-centric

Responsibilities

Architect scalable UI solutions and modular front-end patterns
Design component architecture, state management approaches, and front-end modularity
Ensure strong web fundamentals: accessibility, browser performance, security best practices
Build/enable AI-driven UI flows (conversational, adaptive, personalized journeys)
Architect AI inference-aware UI systems, including streaming/latency-sensitive rendering
Integrate AI capabilities in the front end and/or full stack (LLMs, generative AI services)
Apply AI safety, governance, and responsible AI considerations in customer-facing features
Leverage AI analytics/telemetry to measure user behavior, performance, and AI effectiveness
Use modern engineering practices across cloud and delivery pipelines

Requirements

5+ years hands-on React experience building enterprise-scale applications
2+ years with Remix or Next.js, including SSR, routing, and performance optimization
Deep understanding of UI architecture, component design, state management, and modular front-end patterns
Strong command of HTML, CSS, accessibility, browser performance, and security best practices
Experience integrating/developing with LLMs and Generative AI in front-end or full-stack contexts
Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts and interaction design for AI interfaces
Familiarity with AI safety/governance/responsible AI for customer-facing applications
Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript framework experience
Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based UI architectures
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and automated quality gates
Working knowledge of Node.js for front-end platform enablement

Nice to Have

Experience with Sitecore or headless CMS platforms
