Frontend Application Developer, Web & Mobile

Role Overview

Outform Group is seeking a Frontend Application Developer, Web & Mobile (mid-level, hands-on) to build and maintain high-quality web and mobile application experiences for client-facing tools, internal platforms, operational dashboards, and field-facing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web and mobile-friendly applications under senior technical guidance.
• Translate product requirements, user journeys, prototypes, and business workflows into clear, intuitive UI.
• Build responsive web apps and ensure accessibility, usability, and performance.
• Create and maintain reusable UI components and frontend patterns aligned with standards.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to consume APIs, implement authentication flows, and support end-to-end application workflows.
• Develop dashboards, campaign management tools, operational portals, reporting applications, and workflow automation solutions.
• Improve navigation, workflow efficiency, and user satisfaction using strong UI/UX principles.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate prototyping, development, testing, documentation, and workflow exploration.

Requirements

• Ability to build production-ready frontend interfaces from requirements and wireframes/concepts.
• Experience developing responsive, accessible, mobile-friendly user interfaces.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks and/or mobile technologies.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI-enabled prototyping and using AI tools to support development/testing/documentation.
• Experience building dashboards and operational/workflow applications.
