About the role

Role Overview

Join EyeTell as a Frontend Web Developer (JavaScript, TypeScript) on a small, dedicated team. You will design, develop, and maintain web applications that are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with the company’s AI + mixed media vision. Most work is expected to be in-office to support collaboration and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
Write clean, maintainable, efficient code
Debug and troubleshoot issues in web applications
Collaborate closely with the founder to translate requirements into technical solutions
Integrate third-party APIs to enhance functionality
Stay current with web technologies and industry best practices
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive UI
Support deployment and maintenance using DevOps tools and CI/CD

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years as a Web Developer/Designer
5 years of software development experience with strong data structures & algorithms understanding
3 years testing, maintaining, and launching software products
1 year experience with software design and architecture
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript

Preferred / Nice-to-Haves

Experience with modern frameworks: Next.js and React
Experience building UI toolkits
Familiarity with GraphQL
Experience with relational databases: MySQL or PostgreSQL
Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
