Front End Web Developer (Js, Figma)

Role overview

Front-End Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive, visually appealing websites and landing pages. You’ll work closely with the Head of Web and Content teams to deliver brand-aligned experiences while optimizing for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with web and content stakeholders to implement innovative, user-focused designs
• Ensure web assets are optimized for:
  • Performance
  • Accessibility
  • Cross-browser compatibility
• Maintain and update existing sites to keep them modern, functional, and error-free
• Implement content updates in coordination with the content team while maintaining brand consistency
• Review, test, and improve usability and speed
• Write clean, scalable code for custom Webflow components/integrations
• Coordinate with back-end developers for advanced functionality when needed
• Work across teams to meet project deadlines and stay current with front-end trends

Requirements

• 1–3 years of front-end web development experience (or related)
• Proven experience building websites using Webflow
• Proficiency with Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Figma
• Familiarity with responsive design best practices
• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization
• Experience with Git (preferred)
• Strong visual design skills and ability to create user-focused layouts
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
• Detail-oriented with strong time management

Nice to have

• Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or MarkUp
