Front End Web Developer

Role Overview

Mid-level Front-End Web Developer to build and evolve modern, customer-facing web experiences in a fast-paced product environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React web applications using TypeScript and modern front-end best practices.
• Build reusable UI components and implement user flows based on product and design requirements.
• Integrate backend services via RESTful APIs and client-side asynchronous data-fetching patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, backend, and QA partners in a remote/nearshore distributed team.
• Deliver high-quality code in an iterative release model.
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers/devices.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established front-end standards.
• Contribute to product direction during product discovery/refinement.
• Support end-to-end testing with partners and ensure feature parity across Web, Android, and iOS.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional front-end development experience using React and TypeScript.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ES standards.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially for distributed teams).
• Solid grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and core UI/UX principles.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with consumer-facing or e-commerce web applications.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
• Basic familiarity with Node.js (e.g., SSR/build tooling/local dev).
• Experience working with nearshore or globally distributed teams.
