Role Overview

Front-End Web Developer (B2B Marketing Technology) on DoorDash’s Marketing Technology team within Growth Marketing. You will build and optimize DoorDash’s B2B marketing websites, delivering high-performance, accessible, scalable web experiences that drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop features and enhancements for DoorDash B2B marketing sites (e.g., merchants.doordash.com, business.doordash.com, dasher.doordash.com) in a secure, well-tested, performant way.
• Own front-end projects end-to-end: scoping through implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Write maintainable, high-quality code aligned with style and best practices for high-scale web environments.
• Lead front-end architecture decisions, including maintaining component libraries and enforcing accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).
• Optimize page speed and scalability while preserving brand consistency and design fidelity.
• Partner with the Web Platforms team to integrate with a headless CMS (Contentful).
• Implement responsive, mobile-first designs across devices and browsers.
• Work with Marketing teams to add tracking and analytics for user behavior and conversion measurement.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers on front-end best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Strategy to scope major initiatives and deliver business outcomes.
• Propose and implement improvements across performance, accessibility, and developer workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional front-end web development experience (ideally for marketing or growth teams).
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise in React and/or Next.js (Vue.js or Angular also considered).
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Experience with modern deployment/hosting platforms (Vercel strongly preferred).
• Experience with headless CMS (Contentful strongly preferred) and component-driven content architecture.
• Familiarity with modern component development using Storybook.
• Comfortable with modern workflows including Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Buildkite mentioned).

• Experience supporting inclusive, accessibility-first implementations.
• Demonstrated leadership in front-end architecture, performance optimization, and emerging web technologies.
