Front End Lead Enginee

Role Overview

Saicon’s Server Automation team is seeking an experienced Front-End Lead Developer to build innovative, scalable, high-performing web applications. You’ll work across teams to develop a shared automation framework, integrating modern front-end experiences with Java/Spring Boot REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly web applications using Vue.js 3 (or similar frameworks)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements
• Integrate front-end apps with Java/Spring Boot REST APIs
• Apply UI/UX design principles to create visually appealing, user-centric interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following established standards
• Optimize performance for fast, responsive user experiences
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and improve development processes
• Deploy and manage containerized apps on Azure
• Stay current with industry trends to keep front-end solutions competitive

Requirements

• Proven front-end experience with Vue.js 3 (or similar JavaScript frameworks)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot REST API integration
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving, independent and collaborative teamwork
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Data structures and algorithms knowledge
• Understanding of software development process, build & test systems, and automation tools

Nice to Have

• Exceptional UI/UX design skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes deployment
