Front-End Lead Developer

Role Overview

Front-End Lead Developer for the Server Automation team, building innovative, scalable, high-performing web applications using Vue.js 3. The role will work with multiple teams to develop a shared automation framework.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly web applications using Vue.js 3 (or similar JS frameworks)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements
• Integrate front-end applications with Java/Spring Boot REST APIs
• Apply UI/UX design principles to create user-centric interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following established standards
• Optimize performance for fast, responsive user experiences
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving development processes
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on Azure
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies

Requirements

• Experience with Vue.js 3 (or similar JavaScript framework)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot REST API integration
• Proficient in UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Understanding of software development process, including build & test systems and automation tools

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes knowledge
• Exceptional UI/UX design skills
