About the role
Role Overview
You’ll be a Front End Engineer in a fully remote environment. You’ll build and evolve large-scale React/TypeScript front-end systems that power meaningful product experiences used by organizations worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, high-quality interfaces using React and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Contribute features to a Progressive Web App (PWA), supporting cross-device and varying network conditions
- Implement features from defined requirements and collaborate on design decisions
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to balance UX, performance, and constraints
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions; help improve shared architecture and patterns
- Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) to accelerate development and improve debugging/testing workflows
Requirements
- 3–5 years building user-facing web applications
- 2+ years with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Strong fundamentals in HTML and CSS
- Experience working with APIs and integrating backend services
- Ability to debug and work within existing codebases
- Familiarity with unit and end-to-end testing
- Clear written communication skills in an async-first environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with state management or data-fetching libraries (e.g., React Query)
- Exposure to performance optimization
