Role Overview

Front End Engineer – Platform Focus (Remote)

You will help train AI models by creating and evaluating coding challenges and assessing the quality of AI chatbot outputs. The work focuses on measuring progress, evaluating logic, and improving model performance.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
• Assess AI-generated content for correctness and performance
• Debug and solve problems to improve the quality of each model
• For each coding problem, clearly explain how your solution solves it

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript
• Strong coding/problem-solving ability (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank)
• Ability to explain solutions and reasoning for coding problems
• Detail-oriented approach
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)

Contract & Compensation

• Independent contract position
• Remote (choose your own schedule)
• Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
