Role overview

Front End Engineer – Platform Focus (Remote, independent contract)

You will help train AI models by creating/evaluating coding challenges and assessing chatbot responses. The goal is to measure progress, verify correctness, and improve overall model quality.

Responsibilities

Create AI chatbot coding challenges and evaluate the generated outputs
Assess AI model outputs for correctness and performance
Debug and solve problems to improve the quality of each model

Requirements

Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript
Able to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) in at least one of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Ability to explain how your solutions solve each problem
Detail-oriented with strong algorithm and data structures knowledge
Experience with debugging workflows
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Compensation & logistics

Remote (independent contract)
Pay: hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
