Role Overview

Front End Engineer – Platform Focus to help train AI models. You will create and evaluate coding challenges for AI chatbots and assess the quality of their outputs to improve model performance.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots coding challenges and review their responses
Evaluate outputs for correctness and performance
Solve problems and improve the quality of AI model behavior

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Able to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) using at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift)
Ability to explain how solutions solve each problem
English fluency (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented work style
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)

Compensation & Logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract work
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour plus bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payment via PayPal; work is scheduled flexibly and projects are chosen by the worker
