About the role
Role Overview
You’ll join DataAnnotation as a Front End Engineer – Platform Focus supporting AI model training. The work focuses on measuring progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to improve model quality.
Responsibilities
- Create coding challenges for AI chatbots
- Evaluate chatbot outputs for quality, correctness, and performance
- Assess AI model responses and troubleshoot issues to improve results
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
- Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain how your solutions work
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented approach
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)
Compensation & Work Details
- Remote (independent contract)
- Full-time or part-time; you can choose projects and set your own schedule
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal
