Role overview
Front End Engineer – Platform Focus (remote) You will help train AI models by evaluating AI chatbot outputs and solving coding problems to improve model quality.
Responsibilities
- Create and provide coding challenges to AI chatbots
- Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
- Review model logic and solve issues to improve overall quality
- Explain how your coding solutions solve each problem
Requirements
- Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
- Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) in a programming language
- Strong English fluency (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented approach
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed)
Contract & logistics
- Remote (must be located in the United States)
- Independent contract
- Paid hourly: up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal
