About the role

Role Overview

You’ll join DataAnnotation as a Front End Engineer – Platform Focus to help train and evaluate AI chatbots/models. You’ll measure progress, assess logic quality, and solve problems to improve model performance.

Responsibilities

Create or provide coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI-generated results for correctness and performance
Debug and improve solutions to raise quality of model responses
Explain how your solutions solve the given problems

Requirements

Proficient in at least one: Python and/or JavaScript
Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift) to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style)
Strong detail-oriented approach
Algorithms, data structures, and debugging experience
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Able to communicate how solutions work for each coding problem

Nice to Have

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed)
