About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Front End Engineer to join our remote team at Capital One Software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and maintenance of our marketing website, ensuring it is optimized for performance, accessibility, and user experience. As a key member of the engineering team, you will collaborate closely with content strategists, designers, and marketing stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions. Your expertise will help enhance our digital presence, improve core web vitals, and ensure our website adheres to SEO best practices and accessibility standards. This position is ideal for a seasoned front-end engineer with a strong background in modern web technologies, cloud integration, and a passion for creating scalable, high-quality web applications. The role offers the flexibility of part-time work, allowing associates to work between 20 to 32 hours per week at a prorated salary, making it suitable for professionals seeking a balanced work schedule.
