Front End Developer, Sr.

Role Overview

Senior Front-End Developer responsible for developing and enhancing the front-end components of Esprow’s financial web applications. You’ll build responsive, user-friendly interfaces, improve existing systems, and help lay the groundwork for new products in an agile, small-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functional, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces
• Collaborate with back-end and core developers to ensure seamless integration
• Add features to existing products and enhance front-end codebases
• Contribute to new products from scratch, applying innovative ideas and best practices
• Participate in front-end testing to meet functional and non-functional requirements
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
• Document code and areas of responsibility for team knowledge sharing
• Identify and solve complex UI/UX challenges based on client use cases
• Proactively review and improve existing front-end systems for performance and usability

Requirements

• 3–6 years of modern front-end development experience
• Bachelor’s/College degree in CS, IT, or related field
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• TypeScript experience
• React proficiency
• Familiarity with Redux, Redux Toolkit, styled-components, and immutability libraries such as Immer
• Practical experience with RESTful APIs and WebSocket APIs; data formats like JSON and XML
• Experience with front-end testing methodologies and tools
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking
• Familiarity with modern IDEs, build tools, deployment, and monitoring tools
• Basic proficiency in English

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of jQuery and Bootstrap for legacy support and migration
