Role overview

As a Front-End Developer, you will build and improve web applications to deliver a seamless, engaging, and high-performance user experience. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, maintainable front-end solutions that support the company’s recruitment-tech mission.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional teams
Write unit and integration tests to ensure application stability
Automate browser testing to improve performance and reliability
Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor junior team members
Optionally develop embeddable UI widgets and contribute to UI/UX improvements

Requirements

5+ years professional front-end development experience
Strong JavaScript skills and experience with modern frameworks such as Vue.js or React
Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest
Experience with browser automation testing such as Playwright
Solid TypeScript knowledge
Experience with build tools such as Webpack or Vite

Nice-to-haves

Technical leadership and close collaboration with designers/business analysts
Experience building embeddable UI widgets (e.g., Stripe Elements-style)
Exposure to full-stack development, especially OpenAPI

Compensation & benefits

$100,000–$200,000 annually (based on experience)
