About the role

Front End Developer (Python / React)

Build modern, intuitive web applications that replace legacy Excel-based processes with scalable, user-friendly solutions in a secure, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications
  • Build modern UI that replaces spreadsheet-based workflows
  • Integrate frontend apps with FastAPI backend services using REST APIs
  • Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations for complex financial/business data
  • Collaborate with backend developers for seamless, scalable solutions
  • Optimize for performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Contribute across the full stack when needed and help shape frontend architecture

What You’ll Bring

  • Must live in Florida and be a U.S. citizen
  • Public Trust Clearance (or higher) required
  • Strong Python programming experience
  • Experience with React (or Vue / Angular)
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API integration
  • Experience building data-intensive web applications
  • Knowledge of responsive design and modern UI best practices
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Experience with financial/analytical data visualization
  • Familiarity with FastAPI or other Python web frameworks
  • Experience with spreadsheet-like UI components and advanced data grids

Location / Work Setup

  • Orlando, FL; must be based in Florida
