About the role

Role Overview

The company is seeking an experienced Front End Developer (5–10 years) to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. You will build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing user interfaces and collaborate with developers, analysts, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver quality software.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications
Analyze functional and technical requirements and recommend scalable, efficient solutions
Write clean, reusable, maintainable code following best practices
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end defects and performance issues
Document code, features, enhancements, and technical solutions
Collaborate across the SDLC with developers, business analysts, designers, QA, and stakeholders
Translate project requirements into solutions meeting quality, timeline, and performance objectives
Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of development standards
Test across multiple browsers and platforms for compatibility and UX
Support deployment, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements of existing applications
Identify opportunities to improve performance, usability, and maintainability

Required Qualifications

5–10 years of professional front-end development experience
Strong experience building modern web applications
Proven debugging/troubleshooting of complex front-end applications
Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Experience in collaborative development environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility best practices
